How enrollment works
You call (833) 667-1589 and talk to a licensed representative. They ask about your home and its systems, explain the three plan levels and give you an exact price for your state. There is no inspection, no pressure to decide on the call, and nothing to sign until you choose a plan.
We never call people out of the blue to sell a plan, and we never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. If anyone does that using our name, it isn't us.
What you pay
You pay a monthly plan price and a flat service fee each time a technician comes out for a covered repair. Both are told to you before you enroll. New enrollments currently get the first 3 months free. See our senior home warranty cost guide for typical prices.
How claims work
When something covered breaks, you call the 24/7 claims line. A licensed, pre-screened technician is dispatched to your home, you pay the flat service fee, and the plan covers the repair, or the replacement if it can't be fixed, up to the coverage limit. You never have to find or vet a contractor yourself.
Cancelling
Plans are month to month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel by phone.
How to check any home warranty company before you buy
- Get the coverage, limits and exclusions in writing before you pay.
- Ask what the service fee is and whether it changes by type of repair.
- Ask whether older systems are covered and whether an inspection is required.
- Confirm you can cancel without a fee and get a refund in the first 30 days.
- Never pay by gift card, wire or crypto, and hang up on unsolicited sales calls.
